Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. 

US SHIPPING

  • Free Shipping on orders $35+ 
USPS Ground Advantage includes tracking and insurance up to $100 (5-8 business days)
  • For all other orders (Under $35): $6 Flat Rate
  • USPS Ground Advantage includes tracking and insurance up to $100 (5-8 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout
    • USPS Priority Mail includes tracking and insurance up to $100 (1-3 days)
    • USPS Priority Express includes tracking and insurance up to $100 (1-2 days)

CANADA

    • USPS Shipping: Calculated at checkout
    • USPS First Class Package International includes electronic delivery confirmation international (6-10 business days)
    • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees

      *Beso Bisou is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen, or packages marked 'delivered' by USPS that do not arrive. Once your package is in the USPS system, the package is no longer in our control. Should there be delivery concerns, please reach out to us so that we can provide tracking information for resolution.

      Tracking Your Order

      You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update.

      International Shipping Duties and Taxes

      Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office before placing your order to determine if there will be additional costs.

      The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If the product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will not be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
